1) General Collectacart is a division of Cybahouse LTD. 2) Prices All prices quoted include VAT. 3) Acceptance Cybahouse will accept Cartridges listed within the "Cartridges Accepted" section that adhere to the following requirements:  a) All cartridges must be virgin cartridges (not refilled or reused in anyway) b) The Original Brand Label must be present and intact. Intact means the label has no holes or tears in it and no obvious attempt has been made to remove the label  c) The printhead has no visible signs of damage. (i.e. small dents or scratches)  d) The Case is undamaged and completely intact 4) Allocation of value Once Cybahouse has accepted receipt of a Returned Cartridge and confirmed that the Cartridge complies with the above requirements, a cheque will be sent with a report which will show the total amount the sender will receive from the recyclable cartridges (all cartridge values are shown under the accepted cartridges section). 5) Passing of Title Cybahouse shall assume full title to all Cartridges on receipt. Cybahouse does not accept responsibility for any goods lost in the post or which are not accepted as receipts for any reason whatsoever. Cybahouse will arrange for the safe disposal of any Cartridges that do not meet the requirements as stated above. 6) Payment All cheques will be made payable to the  a) Company name, or b) Name of the sender, if no company name or unless stated differently under collection details.  Cybahouse will issue cheques within 30 days for the full amount from the day goods are received. Where receipt of payment is disputed by the sender, investigation and the issue of replacement cheques will be solely at the discretion of Cybahouse. 7) Amendments or withdrawal Cybahouse reserves the right to amend or withdraw these Terms and Conditions without notice to the Account Holder.
